1. What this is

The configurator is software: it turns the measurements and options you set into 3D-printable geometry, a fit sheet and a print spec, run by The Cage Lab, LLC ("we", "us"). It is not a shop and not a manufacturer. You use it at your own choice and risk.

By using the configurator, or downloading or ordering anything made from it, you agree to these terms. The dialog shown on your first visit, and again whenever these terms change, asks you to; if you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Who may use it

You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live. Use it only for lawful, consensual purposes involving adults.

3. Not a medical device, not medical advice

Nothing here is medical advice, and the devices it designs are not medical devices. The sizing guide and the warnings are general information. Consult a clinician for anything about your body.

4. Safety and your risk

Wearing a chastity device carries real risks, including restricted blood flow, nerve and skin injury, infection, and a device that cannot be removed quickly. The safety page sets out what to check before and during wear; read it before wearing anything made from a design here. Wear any device for short periods first, and remove it at once for numbness, cold or discoloured skin, swelling, or pain that does not ease. You choose whether to wear a device, for how long and with whom, and you accept the risks of doing so.

5. You are the designer

Every dimension and option is yours. The rules in the tool catch some impossible or dangerous combinations, not all; the sizing kit exists so a fit can be checked before a part is made in a costly material. We do not review designs, and we make no promise that any design fits, is safe, is comfortable, or can be printed as drawn.

6. Files and manufacturing

You may download the files for your own use and have them made by anyone, including the manufacturing services the Order dialog links to. Those services are independent of us: you contract with them, their terms and prices apply, they are responsible for what they make, and we are not a party to the purchase and offer no warranty on the parts. Some links are affiliate or referral links, which may earn us a commission at no cost to you; the plain link is always shown on the manufacturer's own site. Order numbers you keep on the Order tab are for your own tracking; we do not see the order itself.

7. Your designs and our records

A design is expressed as a design code (a short string of sizes and options). It is yours. When telemetry is on you grant us a non-exclusive licence to keep design codes and how they are used, without any name attached, to run and improve the tool and to publish aggregate statistics. 8. No warranty; limits of liability

The software and every file it produces are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, The Cage Lab, LLC is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from the use of the configurator, of files it produced, or of any device made from them, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which is nothing unless you bought a paid service. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; then they apply as far as they can.

You agree to indemnify The Cage Lab, LLC against claims by others arising from devices you design, have made, share or let someone else wear, except where the claim is caused by our own breach of these terms.

9. Changes

We may change the tool and these terms; the date above says when. A change to these terms is announced by the dialog on your next visit, and continued use after it is acceptance.
